Sleep Medicine What Is A Good Alternative To Sleep Medicine?

What is a good alternative to sleep medicine? - sleep medicine

Lunesta works, but I want to take the medicine, something that my body must be able to do, of course.
Any home remedies or tricks you are willing to share would be fantastic.

Well, to any drugs could fight against sleep to maintain a high risk of addiction, so you be careful with them. They are not popular and effective against AIDS, natural sleep without the risk of dependency.
N melatonin, valerian, chamomile, hops, L-tryptophan, L-thiamine, Passion Flower and Scullcap (an herb).
You can each try to help you sleep naturally.

So be sure to avoid sugar, caffeine and exercise at least 2-3 hours before you want to go to bed, eliminating the possibility of other common sleep problem. If none of these help, it is possible that you spend a visit to a specialist to see why you can not do sleep well, but most people do not get to this point, after trying some of these options. Good luck and I hope I helped!
